03THE CONNECTION IS THE DIFFERENCE
04BUILT AROUND YOUR AMBITION
Different businesses. Different starting points. The same idea: your tools should make the work feel easier.
Replace disconnected product lists, DMs, and payment screenshots with a catalog-backed journey from discovery to fulfillment.
Offer configurable meals, manage ingredient stock and recipes, and coordinate pickup or delivery with explicit order and payment states.
Present your services, collect intake details, offer eligible appointments, and keep customer records and meeting access together.
Give teammates a shared customer inbox, defined permissions, a business selector, and the operational visibility to act with context.
05CONFIDENCE, BUILT IN
Your team gets one place to work. Behind it, each product keeps clear responsibilities and permission boundaries.
Businesses, memberships, roles, and permissions define what each teammate can do. Actions recheck authority at the owning service.
Specified sensitive customer fields are protected in the owning modules. Social manages conversation retention, contact exports, and erasure.
Customer consent, approved tools, configurable auto-replies, and human handoffs keep AI connected to your business rules.
Scoped audit records and operational recovery add visibility. Customer-approved support is read-only and expires within 24 hours.
Your information supports your business. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or provide it to advertising networks for their own marketing.

07A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
What connects. What’s included.
And what to know before you begin.
Focalisfy is a connected business platform. Forge handles websites and content; Shop handles catalog and inventory; Social handles customer conversations; Spark provides AI assistants; Link manages CRM and appointments; Flow owns orders, payment review, delivery, and platform billing. Shared identity and navigation bring those products into one experience.
Start from the workflow you need. Shop, Spark, and Forge have tiered offerings; Flow is included, and Link and Social access comes through Spark tiers. Some actions need connected modules: a Forge storefront needs Shop, booking features need an active Spark tier, and assistant sales use Shop and Flow. Your available features and allowances are shown in Account billing.
Eve can use approved commerce and booking tools when those capabilities, modules, and providers are configured. It reads current business facts, asks for customer confirmation before commerce actions, and works inside Social conversations. Flow and Link retain authority over orders, payment decisions, and appointments.
No. Receipt images or supported PDFs are payment evidence. Authorized staff review that evidence in Flow, which owns payment decisions and the resulting order state.
Social supports WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and website chat. Meta channels require the relevant connected provider accounts, permissions, and approvals. The website widget uses configured allowed origins. Channel features and sending rules remain subject to each provider.
Forge includes a visual studio, themes, responsive previews, content collections, blogs, forms, SEO, and connected storefront or booking features. Custom domains and hosting use provider verification, including the required DNS setup. Available features and usage depend on your plan.
Auth manages businesses, memberships, roles, permissions, and admission. The ecosystem includes scoped audit records, protected customer fields in the specified modules, Social retention and contact export/erasure, and customer-approved read-only support access with an expiry of at most 24 hours.
Review current prices, tiers, and allowances in Account billing. Flow manages the platform catalog, module subscriptions, wallet, and usage limits. Your account shows the active products and features available to your business.
